XSoft Notepad™ is quite similar to the default "notepad" that comes in the more recent versions of Microsoft Windows™. The main feature is the ability to reposition the interface's toolbars. Another feature is that when a URL is entered, it is highlighted and clickable.
It is also developed in Visual Basic.

It is quite hard to describe XSoft Notepad.
